Countryside backyard

I created this artwork based on observation of the countryside landscape of NewZealand from the perspective of my neighbourhood. I was strongly captivated by the astonishing beauty of the unveiling landscape on a good- weathered yet simple and normal day, especially the gaze of the cows that could be seen anywhere in the countryside here. I recorded the picture as reference, and worked on this painting which intends to depict the idyllic and calm landscape that Is associated with my memories of this place, and in a way appreciation for the beauty of the mundane; the presence of the unnoticed.
