"Hook Mountain" - Oil on linen canvas. Studio painting done in the artist's studio in continuation from a small oil study done en plein air. Painted and completed in late 2021. The scene depicts Hook Mountain on the Hudson River in all its glory; and framed in the Hudson River School style. "Hook Mountain" is the only studio painting done by the artist in that year, and also his very best so far.
