One of my favorite places to paint is in the historic fishing village of Cortez, FL. I've met a few of the captains while out painting. I made sure to put 95 year-old Captain Soupy's boat into the composition. He is hoping to get his boat back on the water but since it needs a lot of work, he is way down the list.
